WTF. CNN is calling this "Superstorm Sandy". For a Category 1. When we got a Cat 1 earlier this year, it was all, "Meh - it's a thunderstorm. No worries. Don't evacuate. You'll be fine."
Not that this isn't a big deal for the east coast. It is. But, why all the hype for them, when we get squat.
Listen, I don't want anyone to die. Seriously. But, I wouldn't mind a few million people being chilly, not being able to flush toilets, and having their cars flooded. That way, when we get another one, perhaps people would understand.

Honestly, although I'm in Eynon-land (OK, Denver), I'm planning on grabbing a 12-pack and watching CNN all night. Screw this NMSDC reception!
