i'm guessing williamsburg or east village, or if they can swing it some miniature shitbox in soho, chelsea, et. al. never forget that most young people in new york categorically consider themselves EDGY and COOL and thus are compelled to live in trendy neighborhoods in conditions the majority of the western world would consider unfit for human habitation.

yeah, weather channel was standing at the front doors of the stock exchange saying that those reports were not correct, although they had not seen for themselves and of course there are basements and whatnot. but they also said it took over a block to get to an area where there was thigh high water and there was no water in street where they were standing
