I guess the original Apples are selling for a f*ckton of money if they still function. They were pretty revolutionary machines.

The new Samsung phones will be star shaped, with pointy corners. I hear that Ninjas love them.
The new Nokia design is spherical and colored white. Tiger woods is their spokesperson.
The new Blackberry will be exactly like the iPhone 5, but no one cares, because who still uses Blackberry?

Someone is mad because they tried to argue that Apple didn't patent rounded rectangular cellular devices. But they did. But they didn't. But they sort of did, but they really sort of didn't.
What did Samsung get sued for? Not violating the patent that Apple holds for rounded rectangular cellular devices! Nope, that simply didn't happen. But it did, but not really.

Apparently, according to you, the Apple patent is the shape of a rectangle, and that was the patent which was violated by Samsung. Is this not true?
