What difference does that make? If a violent felony is committed, it doesn't matter WHY. The courts just make sure that it was intentional, its far different to blow someone's head off by accident while hunting rather than in a bank robbery, but what if I'm white and I shoot someone who is white and say its because he's white? Can a hate crime be racially motivated yet be the same race as the shooter?
