Mercenary project manager for a US Multinational. I have no life to speak of and travel around Australasia mostly, either doing large project and contract strategy or running stuff, or being a bit player, or being the guy who examines the books of problem projects, or sweeping the floor. Gotta be flexible.
I also own a company which finds exploits in other companies' security. It's new so it may go nowhere, but it's cool being called director of something, even if it has no worth. The best part was naming it, which took like a week.

For the next 3 months however I'm going to be doing nothing except riding my bike and growing a beard in Queenstown, NZ as I'm frikkin exhausted following the completion of my latest gig.

Moved to Maryland in late 2011 and took the state BAR exam soon afterwards. Currently working as a legal consultant for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland and my work mostly entails providing assistance for the company when it comes to meeting the upcoming requirements of the ACA. I act as a buffer between the State of Maryland Health Insurance Board and my employer, making sure the latter is putting out insurance products available to the public that meet the legal guidelines at the state and federal levels. Not my dream job, but at least it is in the legal field so I am not gonna complain.

Civil engineer at a relatively new consulting firm that was started several years back by some college chums. I came on board bit later, after a military stint. Mostly we've dealt in transportation projects where increasing traffic loads on infrastructure near waterways has forced redesigns for environmental compliance. Also do some site preparation and geotechnical work where bizarre combinations of shifting water tables and volcanic soil mechanics prove particularly...irritating. Also a smattering of stormwater management and erosion control projects.

Getting in the ground floor has been very nice, but basically I play in the dirt for a living. Would really prefer to break into an environmental sciences field. Thus the chipping away at my masters.
