The only true art is outsider art anyway.
Culture driven or institutionalized "art" is is a product of instinct, like a beaver dam, or bee hive is. Sure it can possess exceptional design characteristics but it is ultimately the product of an instinctive drive in an animal.
It is not the product of a luminous being. True high art is. It signifies reflection upon what it means to exist.

Agree with ze Scottsman here. Rap and hip hop is largely garbage. One only needs to ask somebody why the like it. You can't get a response other than I like the beats (herp derp, move to Africa and just drum around with the rest of the savages) or because it's good, in which case it kinda demonstrates that they don't really listen to music.
