PoS - I'm sure you can find something local. Turkey is such a bland bird. That's why I go for the Bourbon Red or similar. It's much more flavorful. But, still not on par with duck, emu or similar. Just find a large burd. Or several smaller ones.
Smoked duck is also yummy.

I'm going to Maine to have dinner with some family friends. They are vegetarians but they swore there would be some meat so my fingers are crossed. I think I'm going to order a honey baked ham anyway and bring it with me just to play it safe.

Heading to Chicago to watch the parade there, and spend quality time with the lady.
