Only when you don't compare it to everything else that could be changed, to consider everything economic and foreign policy. Granted, immigration plays a part of economic, but it doesn't cover that whole catagory.

A major overhaul, to me, would be changing everything - all direction - and with 48% currently supporting, that just isn't necessary.

Well yea, combated to abandoning their entire platform, but no one was saying that. Look at the op, half the stuff is social or immigration related. A gay neutral, non radical abortion, immigration friendly GOP is radically different from the one today.
