The gas hose hanging out of the car gave me a giggle.
I also really enjoyed the multiple random military flyovers. Maybe those were filmed in Chechnya.

To be fair, I been in vehicles many times in Russia and didn't notice their driving to be any shittier than what I encountered in Eastern Europe.
My experience in China has been much more white knuckle.
