children do not have a right to not be educated. They do, however, have a right to not be indoctrinated with religion from the gov't.

Well, its certainly getting to the crux of mine: The issue isn't religion, its the tendency of people to remove the liberty of others. There are plenty of religious people who don't pull those shenanigans.
