That's my take on it. Obviously Star Wars and Jurassic Park are not strictly kids movies in the sense that there is crossover appeal for adults, but some adults like The Little Mermaid too. Still a kids movie.

To anyone in here who loves the old star wars and is having a hissy fit about the new stuff: Stop your bitching. Let kids enjoy these new films. If you don't like it, you don't have to watch it.
