was it ever discovered in my absence why putting your dick in certain places made you an inefficient commander in asymmetric warfare?

I don't think the issue is so much the sex here as it is I have a hard time trusting someone with top secret clearance when they are sending emails like this. It shows they don't have a very good judgement when it comes to personal matters and if they don't have good judgement there, its hard to say they are trustworthy people. And its hard to have untrustworthy people in that kind of position.
