Irrelevant. I've already talked about it in the careers thread. Clearly if a company fails, the executives should hold the primary blame and responsibility. We're talking about aggregates. If a teacher fails most of his or her students, the teacher would be on the chopping block in almost any district.
We had a chemistry teacher (tenured) who failed more of her students than deemed acceptable by our district. On the standardized tests, about 98% of our non-504 students pass. Only about 70% of her students passed. She was put on probation for a semester and then canned after other teachers complained. Yeah, her license wasn't stripped. Is that what you guys are trying to communicate? That you think people should lose their licenses? Because that's retarded. Lawyers don't lose their licenses if they suck.
If a corporate executive can't restructure their company with $1 billion, they get to give themselves a bonus and then deride the unions. Conservatives drink out of their dog bowls.
