Here is my go-to chicken dinner when I'm lazy:
4 peices of chicken (bone-in cuts work best like thighs and dumbsticks)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup rice
1 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a casserole dish, combine the rice, water (or broth), can of cream of mushroom, pepper, and paprika. Season your peices of chicken with salt and pepper. Nestle the chicken in the soup mixture. Top with a little more paprika for flavor. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is ~165 degrees at it's core.
Super basic, super cheap.
