Pasta tossed with shrimps or clams sauteed in melted butter and garlic is fine too.

i love nuts (cause i'm so gay, amirite?) but walnuts are just...gross to me.
maybe it's a genetic thing. i'm one of those people that thinks cilantro tastes like perfume or soap.

i want to like cilantro but clearly i can't taste it in the same way everyone else does.
i mean, if cilantro tasted to you like what it tastes to me then you would gag. it LITERALLY tastes like getting shampoo in your mouth to me. i can't help it

I started out with a "Cooking for Dummies" book. Learned a lot from it. Second book was "Joy of Cooking". If you can do the first one (and make >half the recipes) and then understand the second, you're good enough for a lifetime of cooking for families and friends.
