french fries go really well on things.
one of the things i get at a local sub place is a whole veggie sub (lettuce, onion, carrot, tomato, cucumber) with provolone, buffalo wing sauce, a little bit of oil and a big heaping mound of double fried french fries. they tie the whole thing together.
