i wouldn't say unmanly, more like it makes one seem like a beginner. like people who only drink coors light or something.

Irrelevant. You don't need very much experience to realize that you've ordered a drink that 50 year old women consume when they have a "wild night out" with their friends.

Depends on perspective. Can't recall his name, but I went back and forth with a particular poster at OGPCF who said that microbrews and such were effeminate and elitist, and real men drink Coors or whatever. He offered to kick my ass at his cowboy bar to prove it. I thought that it was kinda funny, that a grown man would use a beverage (and a shitty one at that) as a gauge of his masculinity. I guess watered down beer is the suds of choice for Mr Blue Collar Hero. Whatev's.
