I was lazy in high school and lazy in college (I always had the right friends that had the answers to the tests) and I still am lazy even today!
My parents were well off so they paid for my college education and I only started working after I graduated first in retail (which I hated but took it since it was the first job offer) as a manager in training (forced into a f**k union too) for about six months then I contacted a headhunter who placed me in a multinational finance company that got me my first overseas job, traveled the world while working since then and was able to get into the BPO industry while it was still in its infancy, started in sales there, made a ton of money while getting lots of free time to indulge my laziness and still saved up enough to open my own firm, a few partners and a few startups later (yes, quite a few companies I started failed but I kept trying) Im now doing pretty well and hope to retire from day to day operations in a few years.
