How about a law only permitting people to possess small quantities of ammunition?
Or a law requiring that you keep firearms under lock and key and available only to others who are licensed? If this woman hasn't given her deeply troubled child access to killing instruments there might be 25 people getting ready for school lunch right now.
Or only allowing people to only own one gun? And limit magazine size to 8 rounds or around there.
Basically choke down the second amendment until you can hunt and defend yourself and do nothing else.
