Should any law prohibit the former? What about a fed law stating a child can't carry their grenades across state lines? That's gotta be unconstitutional right?
Why would the NPT bar private individuals from possiessig nukes they can carry? Even if it did it can't supersede the constitution here in murka. So obviously we should be able to pick up a tac nuke at Walmart to go with our grenades, rocket launchers, etc.
Anything else would be unamerican, right Galt?

Sad to say, but the quail may have to live. That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Producing ammo at home would of course be illegal.
For those who can show they require it for sustenance, I may be willin to give them a few more rounds. But this would require an incredibly invasive background check.
