Ok no more changes to the conditions. Thats a lock. I'll actually bother to tabulate the scores tomorrow, as I think that might actually change a few peoples votes. Which is my intention.
I also announce there will be in January a second award (also Gold, Silver bronze for that one, and the same 4 criteria x popular vote system).
