That article makes no mention of orgies whatsoever. I get that relationships may have been different in pre history, that monogamy may not have been the default, but territorial behaviour was a major part of tribal life, this would have also applied to sexual interactions. To imagine that prehistory was some psychologically well adjusted love in is fanciful hippy nonsense at best.
