Well rest assured, that medicare and all government run anything, will cost more than it's worth and usually by a lot.
Corps drool at the possibility of a nearly unlimited source of guaranteed income, i.e. the government run healthcare.
The US is no exception and may very well be the golden cow of healthcare scamming.
