Ah so if your position is "pay less tax at all costs" it's a moral duty and if your position is "everyone should pay tax without cheating loopholes" then it's pissing and moaning... nice stacked deck you have there, rather like the tax system lol. It's pissing and moaning because exploiting these so called 'loopholes' is simply tax compliance and your whining about companies minimizing their tax exposure by perfectly legal means. If you don't like people and companies paying the exact amount of tax that they are legally required to then lobby the government to change the law. Don't cry at companies working within the laws made by the government and EU.
