most likely it was american. if not, then it's most likely canadian.
speak of canadians... my sister who is married to an air force officer, she was at christmas and was telling us about a guy who lives on base whose grandfather came to visit. his grandfather, in referring to the black neighbors, said "they let them live on base now?"
apparently this guy refers to black people as "canadians" because you can then openly talk about "those lazy canadians" etc and then no one gets upset, or some ridiculous behavior like that. i am continuously awestruck that these types of people still exist. i guess if 12% of the population of this country thought the world was going to end a week ago i shouldn't be so suprised
