yeah texas would be great without the texans. it'd be sort of like colorado then. but less cool.

texas is a top tier state for sure, never doubted that.
not sure where you're getting the idea that "authentic mexican food" (whatever that is) is expensive in california. california is known for being expensive in a lot of areas, but food isn't one of them.
