First of all, you're repeating yourself. I get your position, you don't need to say it over and over........... I love you.
What I mean by "rights are moral necessities," is that if living is your goal, you as a human being must do certain things; you must eat, drink, form shelter, cloth your dirty-ass body, keep the things you produce and earn, socialize with others voluntarily, and so forth. Since all a moral code is, is a structure for guiding you're actions as you live, it's moral for you to do (and be able to do) all these things.
