The fact that they can be taken away does not mean they do not exist. Rights are not magical states of nature that protect us from irrational human action. It is true that rights can either be practiced by humans, or not, but that does not mean they aren't real, moral necessities.

First of all, you're repeating yourself. I get your position, you don't need to say it over and over........... I love you.
What I mean by "rights are moral necessities," is that if living is your goal, you as a human being must do certain things; you must eat, drink, form shelter, cloth your dirty-ass body, keep the things you produce and earn, socialize with others voluntarily, and so forth. Since all a moral code is, is a structure for guiding you're actions as you live, it's moral for you to do (and be able to do) all these things.
What I mean by "rights are moral necessities," is that if living is your goal, you as a human being must do certain things; you must eat, drink, form shelter, cloth your dirty-ass body, keep the things you produce and earn, socialize with others voluntarily, and so forth.
