The inventory of whats in your house is not subject to an unreasonable search; or exposure via public announcement if the contents are not illegal.

FOIs were intended to gain access to state secrets. I know of no provision to gain access to the inventory of what people own legally.

There is grounds for a hearing at the very least.

If Kate's pregnancy info is so private, how come this deserves less privacy.

prison inmates have gotten a hold of the information

prison guards have gun permits... and now inmates are threatening guards' families

i still don't even get the point of doing this, not really. it has just done damage to law abiding citizens. now you have inmates -- of whom many are in gangs no doubt with connections to the outside world -- threatening prison gaurds
