Limbaugh is well aware of who butters his bread. If he was to turn his back on the GOP (which he should have a long time ago when he claimed he was sick and tired of carrying the water for them), his lunatic-fringe audience would turn their back on him, he'd lose sponsors, and ultimately lose money. No, he knows he's the mouthpiece for the GOP (despite his opposite claim), accepts it, and the 40 mil a year salary it brings him.

I haven't subscribed to a TV provider for several years so I don't know about Bill recently if he changed, but I watched him for many years, even during the Bush years, and he tore Bush up one side and down the other many times. There were many moments where I flipped the channel because I thought to myself that if I wanted to hear this kinda crap I'd just need to put it on MSNBC or CNN.

Even the liberal rag CNN has a momentary lapse of judgement and actually showed journalistic integrity one time recently, asking Jesse Jackson about the high gun violence last year in Chicago despite ultra tight gun laws.

Just because Bill O doesn't suck Obama's dick surely doesn't make him a conservative. To me, he is one of the most balanced commentators on FNC along with Shep Smith, with Juan Williams being center left and Hannity being ultra far right. Van Sustren is so damn ugly I never could get myself to watch her so I don't know where she stands.

CNN is much closer to balanced than Fox. I read both every day.

Oh I dont know about that - Fox and MNBC are seen as the mouth piece of the right and left with CNN sort of floating in the middle. And I have seen plenty of shredding being done by both sides of politics on the show.
