Yeah, AND as Dave's link points out it's NOT a tax payer funded program.
AND a few months ago I read somewhere that since it's a FCC program the POTUS, ANY POTUS really doesn't have any say on the 'lifeline' program anyway.
So the whole business that Obama started the program, AND taxpayers are paying for the program is a complete lie.
But it's still making it's rounds. Like I mentioned earlier even on Fox. Tell a lie enough times............
