He was the editor at the time and it came out that he too had purchased the stocks in question but he wasn't actuallyconvicted for it. That was bad information on my part. The two journalists under his control, however, went to prison for the scheme and he should have too. And he should be under investigation for the phone hacking controversy which the guy is up to his neck in.

This guy is an agent of a foreign power appearing on the mass media attacking our constitution. A position shared by illustrious dictators like the leaders of China and Russia. He should be deported for his own safety, truthfully.

And people are denied entry into this country all the time for political positions they take. There is nothing unusual about that at all.

The second part relies on suppressing the free speech rights of individuals who are in the US legally because they are not naturalized citizens.

No, it's not "somewhat inaccurate." You lied and said he was a convicted criminal. Your statement was not true. Period.

Which of his statements justifies deportation? Has anybody been deported for similar statements? Does the First Amendment not apply to anybody here except for citizens?

Also how does this fit in with your position that rights cannot be regulated?
