One can use a health reason to justify the removal of more or less any part of our bodies that isn't absolutely necessary.
Had my dear friend had her breast buds removed as a baby girl, she wouldn't have developed breast cancer and would have still been alive.
In 2008, 40,589 women in the United States died from breast cancer. Just think of that. Half a million women could be alive and healthy if breast buds were routinely removed from all baby girls shortly after birth.

Apples to oranges. I would not choose to have my sons circumcised, but you cannot compare breasts to a little piece of penis skin.
