Well, I don't personally like it, and wouldn't want it where I live, but this further shows that blanket legislation across the country, in general, may work in some places and certainly won't work in others.

What I find sad is that this even gets to the point of being legislated. Why aren't these policies already in place from the hospitals, doctors and insurance companies? If someone is so bad off that they need these types of drugs, then they are bad enough to be under a regular doctors care and should be having a followup appt. scheduled before they even leave the ER.
