ok, ok...real opinion.
Although I can't expound the details I would be open in principle to putting caps on bennies relating to kids and to tying some bennies, in some cases, to people who of their own free-will choose to be sterilized.

nope. capitalism requires constant growth or it begins to become unstable. that growth of markets can be increased population or it can be actually opening new countries to foreign markets. either way when that expansions plateaus or shrinks, capitalism founders.
