after listening to high-lights of Obama's speech I really don't think he cares about this issue all that much. He needed to be seen doing something, he did it, the biggest piece of legislation that these executive orders mess with is not gun related at all, it's HIPA. during his speech he pretty expressly punted the issue to congress and the grass-roots. he's got better shit to do.
