Is it possible to kill someone with a gas pistol to the side of the head like that? It sounds like this isn't a BB gun at all, but that it literally fires tear gas.

Looking further, there's a lot of discussion on the web that it was a empty gas pistol and people are claiming it was all staged. I wonder if the "shooter/actor" (if this is true) planned on getting his ass kicked over and over?

Over and over? He didn't get his ass kicked in the first place. I think the whole thing was staged, ass kicking included. I've seen ass kickings go down and that wasn't one.

I don't know about that. It looked pretty authentic to me. And I've seen a lot of boot parties.
