Brazil needs to deal with this. They have a massive tragedy on their hands and it's going to be a tough sell to convince the rest of the world that Brazil is not some backwards 3rd world country especially with the Olympics coming up.
I wonder if the Olympic committee members are sitting down right now shaking their heads. I would imagine they aren't ignoring this.
