Ok I didn't make this but my favorite local restaurant here in town did.
The restaurant is called What About Kabob
They had $1 tacos today:
Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grenade sauce (their recipe - its jalapeno based), feta, shredded cheese, corn tortilla. Not sure if its cayenne or paprika on top but its good =P

i made meatless tacos with onions, peppers, kidney beans, corn, cumin, smoked paprika, and pepper. i cooked it all in a little vinegar and orange marmalade and then i just added cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce to my tortilla and devoured it.
