I'm going to go ahead and state the obvious here: stealth is a valuable feature in all roles. Therefore the claim of use for defence is no more or less provable than any other claim. At this stage I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt seeing as all other predictions about Iran keep falling over.

Wrong. Once we began attacking on their soil, that became offensive. You can't possibly claim defense only when attacking another country. You are now on an offensive attack. Nothing wrong with that, just call it what it is. We also never claimed to be defensive only against either Germany or Japan.

The damn thing looks fake, bet it cant even fly. If you look closely, the top of the avionics in front of the cockpit looks like a hard drive with cables on it and the intakes (waay too small) and nozzles have been sealed off by caps. The pilot can barely fit in that cockpit, it looks like it was designed for a ten year old to fit in. Iranian stealth fighter my ass.

With the obvious lack of fly by wire tech and the possibility that the aerodynamics and lack of thrust on this bucket arent all that great... the pilot might be lucky to keep this in the air long enough to do any damage.
