When the election is decided by two of the worst states in the Union (Ohio and Florida), something has gone horribly wrong in the design process.

But to summarize the point: If the underlying system is fatally flawed and lacking integrity, and I have no tangible impact on the process, the most I can hope for is that the outcome of the broken process is in my favor. Which circles back around as to why I support selective disenfranchisement of political opponents.

There is no widespread disinfranchisement from voter ID laws.
