Not to mention when you start firing into a crowd in a small confined space, it's only going to lead to more property damage.

The way I see it, you either put it to the police to figure it out or we decide as a society we want to start executing people on sight for shoplifting and vandalism. I'll go with the former, even if they don't have all the answers.

CBS should have contacted Mayor Bloomberg about the issue. He doesn't seem to have a problem answering questions about large sodas and banning guns.
