So, you can flip off a cop but not a judge?
Also, how can a judge determine that you have violated a law, investigate the circumstances of that violation, make a charge against you, determine your guilt and then sentence you? Shouldn't a member of the DAs office be the one to make the charge of contempt?

She since apologized and the sentence for contempt was revoked. She was on Xanax and the booze, and admitted as much.

At first she got a high bail, probably because of the adios. But then the moron proceeded to flip off the judge, at which point he nailed her with contempt. Which is justified imo.
