I think this Dorner is a complete psycho. But then I also think that the LAPD is a completely psycho institution. Look at how they have shot up bystanders in their zeal to whack this guy. They are a law enforcement agency that has a history of bank robbery for christs sake!
They are both cut from the same cloth as far as I can tell.
