1 - thats messed up that they didnt get the memos until after the deadline had passed

2 - did they really decide to simultaneously raise taxes on hurricane sandy victims AND create a special new department to provide relief for those whose taxes were raised because of the hurricane?

Oh for crying out loud, they're bitching about a $200 per year and a $56 per year tax increase on 1.5mil plus properties. That hardly covers inflation.
