This might be the .40cal from the article, but i have to believe its a different contract since it was awarded in Sept. and the article was stating that deliveries would begin in June. Its the only 40cal order i could find.

Although the massive ammo purchases are alarming, please dont forget the massive amount of firearms that are in the mix as well.
