Huh? The President has ALWAYS had the power and authority to kill citizens who have taken up arms against the US abroad without due process. Heck, that policy started in the Revolutionary war. It continued to the French and Indian war. Once you are taking up arms, you forfeit your right to due process.

I wonder why they didn't use those things when the embassy was being attacked? If their ever was a reason, that would probably be one. If the did use them, they wasen't much help.
