Evanescence was banned from PP for making lots of duplicate accounts (then getting caught when she used two computers right next to each other in a local college computer lab) as well as trying to (unsuccessfully) stalk Lumina.

Quell did indeed remove Franz as a moderator (and later confessed his regret at doing so) and Franz posted that this was so, before he ceased posting. But he was a good moderator, and a bloody smart bloke.
Some people got pissy about him and complained to Quell, I think, which prompted his removal, but in reality they were just upset that he didn't let them get away with their bad behaviour.

I thought Franz was awesome until the drama queen post. If you're going to leave a site, just leave. No need for a story. It's his only blemish.
