Other than lack of cuts to military and SS, I like everything else on Ryan's plan. More gubmint spending will not hasten economic recovery but instead will continue the malaise. Its about time the poor got off their asses and work.

The liberal philosophy: Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

The conservative philosophy: Teach a man to fish, you feed for a lifetime.

Liberals dont want the poor to work, if the poor work, the poor pay taxes far beyond the little sales tax that they pay here and there. If the poor pay taxes, the poor care where their taxes go and they have little sympathy for the other poor and lazy people. This would be a downward spiral for the liberal voting base.

Liberals aren't stupid, they won't cute entitlements to their main voting block. Liberals rely on the poor remaining poor, feeling like victims of the "system" and blaming others to ensure votes in the future. Think about it....Obama got 51% of the vote, and amazingly, 47% pay no federal income taxes. Literally every single person with no skin the game voted this man into office.

I'm telling you fellahs, liberals are a dangerous bunch. They're smart, sharp and extremely knowledgeable about how to get what they want. The problem is, the American people are too stupid to realize it. With more people now on food stamps than any other president in history, with a record increase under his watch, it proves he is doing exactly what he wants. Putting more people under the liberal "wing" of safety, increasing their core voting block, at the expense of the working class and ultimately, the country.
