the lack of polish in many aspects of the game (basically everything but the visuals; the game is gorgeous) really irks me, like that. it says i don't have much oil, but i do have a lot. bleah

Wow is it pissing me off today.

So I demolished a healthy chunk of my power plant because I am buying it from my other city... but guess what... I am only using half of the available power while my city slowly dies from no power. f**k broken region play bullshit.

Besides, a utility town actually makes sense... they exist... stupid EA.

Have you guys seen the video of the debug mode? And the rather glaring lies/omissions about glassbox?

Maxis and EA just can't contain this disaster.

what do you mean about glassbox specifically? there's a lot of bad things about it, ive found myself. as for debug mode, i think i should get it to fix the regional connections. most interesting thing was that they removed upkeep of roads and buildings from the game, which is a shame (you can place a building that is used to maintain the roads, fixing potholes and the like)

EA is shit. but it will really boil down to if they start banning people for modding the game (accessing debug mode is modding). this is something that would have been impossible if not for their origin logging in to play the damn game and i think will cause even more uproar then they already are causing.

i actually want to try to mod it myself. i'll let you know if i get it set up, then you'll need to give me ideas
