Japan has a hard time, among it's more RW conservatives anyway, of still denying and ignoring it's past war crimes with Korea. If they can't even admit up to that, then antagonisms will still remain, along with China too.

So North Korea threaten to launch nukes on the US in the future. Doesn't North Korea threaten all the time, only to do nothing? I seem to remember a threat of launching a missile to Hawaii in the summer of 2009 with the same goal in mind.

funny thing I'm pretty sure under the rules of war and international law it we now be legal for the United States to launch a nuclear attack against the North Koreans.

Which means there would be no proof Pyongyang existed at all if we launched missiles.

Meh, like the agreement meant anything, it was breached on numerous occasions.

I did read something the other day that said North Korea is the only country in the world where Marijuana is legal to use, grow, transport and sell, which I found amazing (Probably the only thing they have right)
